Cava

Cava the Spanish version of Champagne has many followers and aficionados. Michael and Linda Peters are not amongst these it has to be said! Cava is a wonderful bubbly white wine that is best enjoyed cold on a hot summer's afternoon. the very best Cava is comparable with Champagne as is the Italian Prosecco and the German Sekt.

There is so much snobbery surrounding bubbly white wine that it is hard to cut through the crap. Basically drink what you enjoy and what you can afford. Enjoy life, kick back and have a swig of your favourite bubbles.

Some bubbles are naturally occurring, as  in Champagne, some are artificially introduced, as with Cocoa Cola - though you can't really compare Coke with Champers! Different colour to start off with not to mention taste, market and taxation.

Who wants to mention taxation anyway?

Champagne  has rocketed in price in the last 20 years because of dumb ass idiots not really appreciating what they are buying and having far too much cash to spend on things they don't understand.

Stay with the Cava!!!
